The Website constitutes an intellectual work protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code and applicable international regulations.
The Client may not in any way reuse, transfer or exploit for their own purposes all or part of the elements or works of the Website.
Use of the website www.ugigrip.com implies full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of use described below. These terms of use may be amended or supplemented at any time; users of www.ugigrip.com are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

The objective is to provide a service ensuring the best possible level of accessibility. The hosting provider ensures continuity of service 24 hours a day, every day of the year. However, it reserves the right to interrupt the hosting service for the shortest possible periods, in particular for maintenance purposes, infrastructure improvements, infrastructure failures, or if the Services generate traffic deemed abnormal.
www.ugigrip.com and the hosting provider cannot be held liable in the event of malfunction of the Internet network, telephone lines or computer and telephone equipment, particularly due to network congestion preventing access to the server.

The UGIGRIP-VALLGRIP website is declared to the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority) under number 2208072.
7.1 Data Controller
For Personal Data collected in connection with the creation of the User’s personal account and their browsing of the Site, the Data Controller is: UGIGRIP-VALLGRIP. www.ugigrip.com is represented by Joëlle Daumas, its legal representative.
As Data Controller, www.ugigrip.com undertakes to comply with the applicable legal framework. It is responsible in particular for determining the purposes of its data processing, providing its prospects and customers, upon collection of their consent, with complete information regarding the processing of their personal data, and maintaining a register of processing activities reflecting reality.
Whenever www.ugigrip.com processes Personal Data, it takes all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the Personal Data in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
7.2 Purposes of Data Collected

Furthermore, www.ugigrip.com does not collect any “sensitive data”.
Personal Data may be processed by subsidiaries of www.ugigrip.com and subcontractors (service providers), exclusively in order to achieve the purposes of this policy.
Within the limits of their respective responsibilities and for the purposes set out above, the main persons likely to have access to users’ data are primarily members of our customer service department.

The website www.ugigrip.com may contain a number of hyperlinks to other websites, set up with the authorisation of Ugigrip-Vallgrip. However, Ugigrip-Vallgrip is not able to verify the content of the sites visited and therefore accepts no responsibility in this regard.
