The objective is to offer a service that ensures the best accessibility rate. The hosting provider ensures the continuity of service 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Nevertheless, it retains its right to interrupt the hosting service for the shortest periods possible, for the purposes of, among other things, maintenance, improvement or failure of its infrastructures or if the benefits and services generate an abnormal traffic.

6. Limitation of liability

Ugigrip cannot be held liable for any damage directly or indirectly caused to the user’s hardware when accessing the www.ugigrip.com website, either due to using hardware that does not meet the specifications stated in point 4, or due to the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

As well, Ugigrip cannot be held liable for any indirect damage such as a loss of market or opportunity arising out of the use of the www.ugigrip.com website.

UGIGRIP commits to respect the legal provisions in force. It is its responsibility to establish the purposes of the data collection and processing; to provide to the users, based on the collection of their consent, full information regarding the processing operations of their data; and to keep a register of processing operations consistent with reality.
