Our technology
This high-speed manufacturing process makes it possible to produce parts of various shapes without any raw material loss. The work hardening that occurs during the different deformation stages enhances the mechanical properties of the part.
Rolling is also a cold-forming process. The part passes between two rolling dies that shape it into its final form (groove, thread, tip, etc.).
This stage of the process completes the part by assembling the various components required to obtain a compliant finished product.
