from different schools and with a wide range of motivations: discovering industry, understanding how a company operates, or simply exploring a completely new environment.<\/p><p>\u201cI wanted to discovering the company<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>From the moment they arrive, students are welcomed by the team with a breakfast reception, followed by a brief company presentation and a tour of the offices and workshops. For many, it was their first time stepping into an industrial environment. <\/p><p>\u201cI wanted to discover jobs you don\u2019t necessarily see elsewhere. And I\u2019m glad I did, because you don\u2019t imagine everything that goes on behind a single nail: administration, communication, sales, transport \u2014 and even designing the tooling.\u201d \u2013 Liou, June 2025<\/p><p> <\/p><ul><li><strong>Observing the different professions<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>They then begin their discovery programme, giving them insight into all the roles that make up our company.
