Study

We begin with a feasibility study to validate the implementation of your project.

This allows us to quickly integrate the possibilities and limitations of our production capabilities.

Through this study, we work with you to define the specifications and technical constraints of your project.

Design of parts and tooling

Thanks to the expertise of our design office and our production team, Ugigrip-Vallgrip is able to design and develop specific products tailored to your projects.

We create detailed plans for both the products and the associated tooling, selecting materials and characteristics based on our technical know-how.

Mastering the use of the right tools ensures an efficient and optimised development process ready for production.

Sampling

We carry out fine-tuning directly on our production machines using the dedicated tooling.

All adjustment parameters are validated once stable production can be ensured.

Our production samples are therefore representative of future large-scale manufacturing.

Industrialisation

Once the product is validated, we finalise the adjustments and confirm the settings on our production equipment.

We define our manufacturing capacity and monitor the key parameters required for process control.

Pre-series production allows us to verify that everything is ready — both internally and on your side.

Production

From small to large series, our production facilities enable us to achieve high manufacturing rates (several hundred parts per minute) with consistent stability.

The larger the production volume, the lower the share of time dedicated to setup and initial adjustments.

Our goal is to ensure optimal productivity and maintain consistent control over production by minimizing downtime and variability that could affect performance.
